Shipping Information

We ship free of charge to anywhere in Japan, including remote islands and certain areas.

Orders are usually dispatched from our own warehouse in Osaka within 24 hours of payment confirmation. We ship on weekends and holidays whenever possible, but depending on order time and volume, dispatch may move to the next business day.

Depending on your region and product size, we deliver through the following trusted partners. ・Sagawa Express ・Yamato Transport ・Japan Post ※ Carrier selection cannot be specified.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes about 1-3 days depending on the region. ・Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu: 1-2 days after dispatch ・Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands: 2-4 days after dispatch ※ Times may vary due to weather, traffic, or peak seasons.

A tracking number is issued for every shipment. After dispatch, you can check the delivery status in real time by email or via your account page (My Page).

We use cushioning materials and careful packaging to protect products from impact during transit. For environmental reasons, recycled materials may be used in part, while product safety remains fully ensured.
